Adam LambertEquality California respected singer and writer, Adam Lambert, a native of San Diego, Facebook and balanced with the price of this year in Los Angeles. Presented by AT & T awards will take place on Saturday, August 13 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. “We are pleased to honor Adam Lambert and Facebook, whose work has been a catalyst for social change and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality,” said Roland Palencia, the new director of Equality California. “Their courage and leadership in entertainment and social media has helped them to more Californians to support gay rights.”

Lambert had an international reputation for the second “American Idol” in 2009. Since launching his solo career as a singer and composer, the project was honest and courageous LGBT youth across the country.

Lambert participated in the campaign, “the best” hopes to help young people overcome the harassment of LGBT people. His new song, “Aftermath”, benefiting Trevor Project, a national toll-free suicide prevention for LGBT youth.
