Glam-rock artist, Adam Lambert, flamboyant runner from the hit TV show American Idol 8, are ready to sizzle on stage here next month. Organized jointly by Marctensia and Sony Music, Adam Lambert Glam Live Nation Tour of Malaysia 2010 – his first appearance here – is scheduled Oct. 14 at a venue to be confirmed at a later date. The Asian leg of the trip next month with stops in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Manila in Southeast Asia, before continuing to Australia and New Zealand.

Fans can expect to play audio and video, and theater and the atmosphere as the singer nicknamed Glambert fans.

“I hope the audience will be able to escape for a few hours and fall into a world full of glam, drama and excitement,” Lambert said in a press release issued by Sony Music.

“I am confident we have put together a show far beyond the price of the ticket.

“I am looking forward to connecting with fans all across the world with this show.”

After leaving American Idol, Adam was hired to record the time of miracles, the gateway to the 2012 film.

The song has been leased before its release by Queen guitarist Brian May, who said he was “completely blown away” after hearing the track.

Adam Lambert’s debut album, For Your Entertainment has sold over 600,000 copies since its debut at number 3 on the Top Billboard 200 chart in November.

His only Whataya want from me, written by Pink, Max Martin, Adam became the first No. 1 hit on Billboard, as well as topping Hot Singles and Hot Dance Singles.

He also became an international hit, placing among the top 10 in Australia, Japan, Sweden and Finland and the achievement of the No. 1 in Malaysia and Singapore.
