Or maybe the next Zac Efron doing musicals? After all he has excellent theater background =) If you ask fans of Adam Lambert if he’s either the new Elvis Presley or the next Zac Efron, they would give different answers. An American Idol audience member Lisa of Riverside, California shared: “I think Adam Lambert could go the route of Zac Efron and do musicals. He’s got the star appeal that Zac has.” Sixteen-year-old Lacey, also of Riverside, added, “But Adam can sing better.” SO TRUE!

As for the person saying that he is the new Elvis Presley, it’s none other than legendary singer-songwriter Neil Sedaka! The Brill Building singer said as he watched one American Idol episode: “Adam Lambert is like a young Elvis, isn’t he?” He sure is! He’s got the moves, the good looks, the stage presence and most importantly, the voice! ^_^ How about you — is Adam Lambert the new Elvis or the next Zac?

Aside from us, of course! ;-) Yes, you’re not dreaming or hallucinating — that’s really the sexy and vavavoom “The Hills” star Audrina Partridge with Adam Lambert in the photo! Apparently the actress is not just a big fan of him but they’re friends! She even wrote in her blog, asking her fans to vote for Adam Lambert. Here’s what Audrina wrote:

Hey guys! For those of you avid American Idol fans, I just wanted to remind you guys to tune in tonight to vote at 9pm on Fox! One of the contestants, Adam Lambert is a close friend of mine and he’s one of the most talented and sincere people I know ~ he definitely has my vote :)

Just wanted to share this pic of me and him at the Chateau Marmont on his birthday.

xoxo,
Audrina

How sweet is that?? Thanks gurl! I’m sure Adam loved your shoutout ^_^

Says who?? Says Google and their omnipresent search engine! ;-) According to Google Keyword Tool, about 6.1 million searched for Adam Lambert in March while about 5 million searched for Carrie Underwood. That’s a difference of 1 million which is quite big considering the American Idol finalist is a newcomer while Carrie is a veteran award-winner already! And surprisingly, according to Google Trends, Adam Lambert’s fans centered in country music territory! Yup, Carrie Underwood’s territory! Imagine that, him beating her in her own demographics ^_^

Apparently, Arkansas, Utah, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee are the 10 states with the highest per-capita search volume for him. If you remember, Adam Lambert confused country music mentor Randy Travis with his rendition of “Ring of Fire,” a performance that was called “over-indulgent” by American Idol judge Simon Cowell. As for the other four finalists, only Kris Allen is drawing a great deal of search volume, attracting 550,000 searches in March. Search volume for Danny Gokey, Allison Iraheta and Matt Giraud have produced “insufficient data” according to Google.
